As we begin this week, I intend to make a conscious effort to be grateful. Have you ever noticed what a difference it makes to stop and notice the amazing things in your life and really appreciate them?
My goal is to take a moment every day to express gratitude for at least five things in my life. Health, which will be our focus each Monday this month, is at the top of my list. Our health is so valuable, yet if I’m not careful, I find that it can be incredibly easy to take for granted.
